If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a store credit or exchange within 14 DAYS of the initial shipment date. Any returns sent after the 14 day deadline will not be accepted.
Store credits will be issued in the form of merchandise credit.
Sorry, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on special orders, sale or swim wear.
All sales are non-refundable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Merchandise must be returned in original condition, free of stains and/or odors, with all tags attached. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Please obtain delivery tracking on the package to avoid lost packages. You will be notified via email when the return item is received.
Exchanges or store credits will be processed within 5 business days once your package has been received. We reserve the right to decline any returns not sent to us in the above conditions. All returns that do not meet the above stated requirments will be returned to the customer.
The item being exchanged must have the same dollar value or more than the original item being returned. If the exchanged item is less than the original cost, there is no refund of the difference. If the price for the exchanged merchandise is more than the price of the original item ordered, an invoice will be issued to cover the balance due. We will happily mail your new order at no charge to you.
We must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of your order via email if there is any damage to your package and/or item ordered. If we are not notified of damages within 48 hours, we cannot accept any returns. Please provide a photo of the damages and complete details in your email of any damages. Send the email to:
